Farm-Raised Catfish for over 25 years because of its consistently delicious flavor. Not many people need to look at the menu and many regulars like to order their catfish "extra crispy". I would love to know how many strips of catfish are consumed on a nightly basis but I'm sure it would be in the thousands. Once, I counted my husband's intake and had to quite counting at fifteen!
